The Influences of Various Housing Systems on Growth Carcass Traits Meat Quality Immunity and Oxidative Stress of Meat-Type Ducks

The present investigation aimed to examine the impacts of different housing systems on growth performance traits, carcass characteristics, meat quality criteria, immunity, and oxidative stress of meat-type ducks. The study concluded that housing Pekin ducks in a house with a yard and a swimming pool positively affected growth performance traits, carcass characteristics, meat quality, blood lipid profile, immunity, as well as blood antioxidative status.
