PurposeControversy exists regarding the necessity and timing of genitoplasty in girls with congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). Our knowledge of surgical preferences is limited to retrospective series from single institutions and physician surveys which have suggested a high rate of early reconstruction. Our objective was to evaluate current CAH surgical treatment in academic centers.
