BACKGROUNDWe report on the long-term results of a phase II study of pre-irradiation temozolomide followed by concurrent temozolomide and radiotherapy (RT) in patients with newly diagnosed anaplastic oligodendroglioma (AO) and mixed anaplastic oligoastrocytoma (MOA).
