BackgroundWomen with a cytological diagnosis of atypical squamous cells, cannot exclude high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion (ASC-H) are usually immediately referred to colposcopy. However, triage may reduce the burden of diagnostic work-up and avoid over-treatment.
