BackgroundIn the present study, metabolite profiles of ginsenosides Rk1 and Rg5 from red ginseng or red notoginseng in zebrafish were qualitatively analyzed with ultraperformance liquid chromatography/quadrupole–time-of-flight MS, and the possible metabolic were pathways proposed.
