摘要

BackgroundLaryngeal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the head and neck. Natural compounds in traditional Chinese medicine provide many valuable potential compounds for tumor chemotherapy. Esculetin, a coumarin derivative from several herbs, inhibits proliferation of many types of cancer cells, but its anticancer effect in laryngeal cancer is still not clear.
