Profile of spine and joint tuberculosis on Pakistans Afghan frontier.

摘要

Two years individual experience of spine and joint tuberculosis in the North West Frontier of Pakistan is summarised. The problems of treating a population that presents late in the course of the disease, and of coping with an added influx of highly affected Afghans, feature prominently in surgical practice.
