Preeclampsia and associated factors among pregnant women attending antenatal care in Dessie referral hospital Northeast Ethiopia: a hospital-based study

BackgroundPreeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality in Ethiopia. It has been increasing and linked to multiple factors, making prevention of the disease a continuous challenge. Yet few studies have been conducted in Ethiopia. This study aimed to assess the prevalence and factors associated with preeclampsia among pregnant women attending antenatal care in Dessie referral hospital, Northeast Ethiopia.
