BackgroundTwo replicate, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 6-week crossover studies assessed the effect of the once-daily long-acting β2-agonist olodaterol 5 μg and 10 μg on constant work-rate cycle endurance in patients with moderate to very severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
