IntroductionCoronary slow flow (CSF) is an angiographic phenomenon characterised by the delay of distal vessel opacification in the absence of significant stenosis of the epicardial coronary arteries. Some of the factors playing a role in CSF pathophysiology are increased thrombogenic activity and inflammation.
