P-HPB-07: Needle-based confocal laser endomicroscopy for the diagnosis of pancreatic cystic lesions: An international external inter- and intra-observer study

Background and Objectives:Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS)-guided needle-based confocal laser endomicroscopy (nCLE) characteristics of common types of pancreatic cystic lesions (PCLs) although identified lacks external validation and surgical histopathology was available in a minority of subjects. We sought to externally validate EUS-nCLE images for differentiating PCLs in a larger series of subjects with a definitive diagnosis.
