中西方休闲观及休闲体育之比较

摘要

Starting from the sports culture,this study makes comparisons on the concepts of leisure and leisure sports in China and Western countries with literature,logic and other methods.It can be easily found that there are differences in the concept of leisure,its value and significance between China and Western countries,thus the contents and forms of leisure sports vary.%从体育文化比较学着手,采用文献法、逻辑学等方法,对中西休闲观及休闲体育进行比较。比较研究发现,中西方由对休闲的观念、价值、意义等方面不同,因此在休闲体育内容、形式等也有差别。
