目的 观察柚皮苷抑制钛颗粒诱导糖尿病小鼠颅骨骨溶解的疗效.方法 将60只小鼠随机分为糖尿病组和非糖尿病组(各30只).糖尿病组以链脲佐菌素诱导方案制备糖尿病大鼠模型.糖尿病和非糖尿病组小鼠再随机分为3个亚组(各10只),分别为对照组、纯钛颗粒注射组、纯钛颗粒加柚皮苷注射组.通过酶联免疫吸附法测量血清骨钙素(OCN)及I型末端胶联肽(NTx)水平,μCT检测骨容积/组织容积比率及骨表面积/骨容积比率,组织形态学观测颅骨新骨形成面积、颅骨厚度、颅骨中缝面积改变.结果 应用柚皮苷的糖尿病小鼠在新骨形成面积、颅骨厚度、骨容积、中缝面积、OCN水平方面与非糖尿病小鼠比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05).结论 柚皮苷可抑制糖尿病小鼠骨溶解,促进骨愈合,对临床治疗有辅助作用.%Objective To investigate the effect of naringin in preventing calvarial osteolysis of diabetic mice.Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into nondiabetic and diabetic groups with 30 in each.Diabetes was induced by streptozotocin (STZ) injection.Diabetic and nondiabetic mice were further divided into 3 subgroups (10 in each subgroup), which were treated with vehicle, titanium particle and titanium particle plus naringin respectively for 10 days.BV/TV and BS/TV ratio was measured by microcomputed tomography ( μCT) scan and the alteration of bone indices near the midline suture was also measured.Serum levels of osteocalcin (OCN) and cross-linked N-telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen (NTx) were detected by ELISA method.Results The bone formation (P >0.05), calvaria thickness (P >0.05), bone volume (BT/TV) (P >0.05), midline suture area (P >0.05) and OCN concentration (P >0.05) had no differences between diabetic mice treated with naringin and nondiabetic mice.Conclusion Naringin can prevent osteolysis in diabetic mice.
