目的：比较成年药物有效性癫痫（DR- EP）与难治性癫痫（DNR- EP）患者抑郁障碍和自杀风险的发生率。方法采用简明国际神经精神访谈（MINI）中的抑郁障碍和自杀模块对43例DR- EP患者和51例DNR- EP患者进行抑郁障碍及自杀风险评估，并详细记录患者年龄、性别、就业状态、婚姻状态、教育年限、初次发病年龄、病程、癫痫发作类型和抗癫痫药物种数，比较两组抑郁障碍与自杀风险的发生率。结果 DR- EP组中抑郁障碍23.3%，自杀风险27.9%。而DNR- EP组中抑郁障碍23.5%，自杀风险21.6%。两组抑郁障碍与自杀风险的比例均无统计学差异（均P＞0.05）。结论 DR- EP与DNR- EP患者抑郁障碍与自杀风险的发生率并无差异。DR- EP患者也需要进行抑郁障碍和自杀风险的评估，以利于及时干预。%Objective To compare the depression and suicide risks in patients with drug- responsive epilepsy (DR- EP) and those with drug non- responsive epilepsy (DNR- EP). Methods Forty three patients with drug- responsive epilepsy and fifty one patients with drug non- responsive epilepsy from the Second Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine were enrol ed in the study. The depression and suicide risks were evaluated by using the depression and suicide module of the Mini International Neuropsychiatric Interview (MINI). Variables including age, gender, employment status, marital status, years of edu-cation, onset age of seizure, epilepsy duration, types of seizure, types of antiepileptic drugs were documented. The rates of de-pression and suicide risk were compared between two groups. Results In DR- EP group, 27.9%patients had suicide risk and 23.3% patients had depression; while in DNR- EP group, 21.6% patients had suicide risk and 23.5% patients had depression. There were no significant differences in rates of depression and suicide risk between two groups. Conclusion Patients with DR- EP have no differences in rates of depression and suicide risk with DNR- EP patients.
