大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效.方法：64例重症病毒性脑炎患儿随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(31例).对照组给予解痉，降温，降颅压，改善脑细胞代谢，抗病毒，维持水、电解质的平衡等常规治疗.治疗组在常规治疗基础上应用大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗.观察比较2组病例主要症状、体征消失时间、住院时间及临床治疗效果.结果：治疗组病例治疗后在发热、昏迷、惊厥消失时间以及平均住院时间均明显缩短，治疗组脑电图和脑脊液恢复正常的时间也短于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0畅05)；治疗组显效率及总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论：大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗重症病毒性脑炎能迅速改善临床症状，缩短病程.%Objective] To investigate the clinic effect of high dose immunoglobulin in treatment of severe viral encephalitis . [Method] 64 cases of severe viral encephalitis children were randomly divided into the treatment group (33 cases) and Control group (31 cases) .The control group was treated with antispasmodic ,cooling ,reducing intracranial pressure ,improving brain cell metabolism ,antiviral ,maintenance of water ,electrolyte balance and other conventional treatment .The treatment group was administered the routine treatment plus high doses of IVIG treatment .The clinic effects were compared between two groups . [Result] The treatment group of clinical symptoms and signs of recovery time was significantly shortened and the total effective rate was significantly higher than that of compare group .[Conclusion] High-dose gamma globulin treatment of severe viral encephalitis can rapidly improve the clinical symptoms and shorten the course .
