非洛地平与培哚普利对高血压病患者肾功能的影响

摘要

Objective：To explore the side effect s of Felodipine and Captopril on renal functions when treating hypertension case s.Methods：60 hypertension cases were divided at ra ndom into 2 groups:Felodipine group (30 cases) and captopril group (30 cases).D etections of the renal functions were made after 24 weeks of treatment.Results：In both groups,the blood pressure an d urine protein were lowered (P＜0.01).24 hour total urine albumin was reduc ed from 104.2±35.4 mg/24 h,103.2±41.8 mg/24 h to 69.8±28.4 mg/24 h and 6.8±2 8.3 mg/24 h respectively(P＜0.01).24 hour total urine protein were reduced from 0.26±0.059 g/L,0.26±0.06 g/L to 0.18±0.032 g/L and 0.18±0.042 g/L(P ＜0.01).No difference were observed between the 2 groups (P＞0.05).Conclusions：Long-term usage of Felodipine a nd Captopril could effectively lower the blood prssure with lower urine protein discharge.%目的：探讨非洛地平和培哚普利治疗对高血压病患者肾功能的影响。方法：高血压病患者60例随机分为两组，非洛地平组与培哚普利组各30例，疗程24周，治疗前后观察肾功能指标变化。结果：两组治疗后均能显著降低血压(P＜0.01)及尿蛋白的排泄量，两组24小时尿白蛋白分别从104.2±34.5 mg/24 h、103.2±41.8 mg/24 h降至69.8± 28.4 mg/24 h、66.8±28.3 mg/24 h，P均＜0.01；24小时尿蛋白量从0.26±0.059 g/L 、0.26±0.061 g/L降至0.18±0.032 g/L、0.18±0.042 g/L，P均＜0.01。两组之间无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。结论：非洛地平、培哚普利长期治疗均能显著降低血压，可减少蛋白尿，保护肾功能。
