2型糖尿病糖基化控制程度与血清25羟-维生素D3的相关性分析

         

摘要

目的 分析2型糖尿病血清25羟-维生素D3[25(0H)D3]水平和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的相关性,了解维生素D缺乏程度与糖基化控制的关系.方法 选取2型糖尿病患者168例,根据HbA1c水平分为糖基化控制良好组和不良组,比较两组间年龄、25(0H)D3、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂、HbA1c水平差异,并分析25(0H)D3与上述指标间的相关性.结果 糖基化控制良好组的FBG、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平均明显低于控制不良组,25(0H)D3水平则明显高于控制不良组(P<0.05),25(0H)D3与年龄、HbA1c、FBG呈负相关(r分别为-0.49、-0.41、-0.26,P<0.05).糖基化控制不良组25(0H)D3不足和缺乏程度明显高于控制良好组(P<0.05).结论 2型糖尿病患者25(0H)D3水平与糖基化控制控制程度密切相关,应及时补充维生素D,有利于控制其慢性并发症的发生和发展.%Objective To analyze the association between the level of 25hydroxy vitamin D3(25(0H)D3)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c) in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM2),and investigate the relationship of vitamin D deficiency to glycemic control. Methods 168 cases with DM2 were enrolled,according to the level of HbA1c,which were divided into good glycemic control and glycemic uncontrolled group. The differences of age,25(0H)D3,fasting blood glucose(FBG),blood lipids,HbA1c between two groups were compared,and the relation with 25(0H)D3 and above indexes were analyzed. Results The levels of FBG,TG,HDL-C and the degree of 25(0H)D3 deficiency in good glycemic control group were significant lower than those in glycemic uncontrolled group,and the levels of 25(0H)D3 were higher in good glycemic control group obviously(P<0.05),the level of 25(0H)D3 was negatively correlated to age,HbA1c,FBG(r=-0.49,-0.41,-0.26,P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with DM2 need supplement vitamin D timely,it’s benefit to glycemic control and prevent the development of chronic complications.
