动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效

摘要

目的 探讨动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵治疗初诊2型糖尿病的疗效.方法 选择2014年7月至2017年6月初诊2型糖尿病患者121例,随机分为观察组61例与对照组60例.两组患者均应用胰岛素泵治疗,对照组进行指尖血糖检测,观察组应用动态血糖监测,比较两组患者FBG、2hBG、FINS、胰岛素用量、血糖波动值、血糖达标时间、HOMA-IRI.结果 治疗前两组FBG、2hBG、FINS比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后观察组FBG、2hBG、FINS水平均优于对照组(P0.05). After treatment,the levels of FBG,2hBG and FINS in the experimental group were all superior to those of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment,the blood glucose standard time,blood glucose fluctuation value and insulin dosage in the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the HOMA-IRI was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05). After treatment,the TNF-a(192.41±12.78)p/ng? L-1 and MMP-3(102.56±6.62)ng/mL in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Dynamic glucose monitoring combined with insulin pump is effective in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and it can effectively improve the function of islet in patients with type 2 diabetes,and has high popularization value.
