硫酸镁联合丹参注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期疗效观察

摘要

目的探讨硫酸镁联合丹参注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期临床疗效。方法对78例早发型重度子痫前期患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组39例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗，观察组在此基础上联合丹参注射液治疗。观察并比较两组患者血压、血浆黏稠比、D-二聚体以及妊娠结局。结果与对照组相比，观察组患者血压、血浆黏稠比、D-二聚体和妊娠结局明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论硫酸镁联合丹参注射液治疗早发型重度子痫前期临床疗效明显，母婴预后较好。%　　Objective To analyse the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate with Danshen injection in treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia. Methods 78 patients with early-onset severe preeclampsia in our hospital from June 2009 to October 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,39 cases in each group.Patients in the control group was given treatment with magnesium sulfate,and given treatment Danshen injection based on magnesium sulfate in the observation group,blood pressure,plasma viscous than,D-dimer and pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,blood pressure,plasma viscous ratio,D-dimer and pregnancy outcome were significantly better than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate with Danshen injection is obvious in the treatment of early-onset severe preeclampsia,maternal and child have a better prognosis.It is worthy of clinical application.
