目的：观察中药结合冷喷治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效。方法面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例。阳性对照组采用他克莫司软膏治疗，观察组予以中药消风散加减口服配合生理盐水外敷加蒸馏水冷喷治疗。比较两组治疗3个月后的临床疗效、症状评分、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗3个月后，观察组有效率高于对照组（P<0.05），观察组的症状评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05），不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论中药消风散加减口服配合冷喷应用于面部激素依赖性皮炎临床疗效好，治疗过程中不良反应发生率比较低，值得临床推广应用。%Objective To observe the Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with cold spray the curative effect of therapy in treating hormone-dependent facial dermatitis. Methods 60 patients with glucocorticoid dependence facial dermatitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group were treated with tacrolimus ointment,observation group were given the traditional Chinese Medicine-Xiao Feng San and cold spray treatment. After 3 months,the clinical curative effect,adverse reaction and patient satisfaction of two groups wer compared. Result After 3 months,the observation group efficient was higher than the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of Xiao Feng San with cold spray treatment for glucocorticoid dependence facial dermatitis is good,low adverse reactions occurrence.
