成年男性勃起功能与雌 雄激素比例的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨成人男性阴茎勃起功能障碍与患者血清雄激素/雌激素的比例的相关性。方法选取2012年7月至2016年5月20~70岁有固定性伴侣的成年男性，126例正常阴茎勃起人群，206例轻度阴茎勃起功能障碍（ED）患者和238例中、重度ED患者，采用问卷调查的方式完成国际勃起功能指数-5（IIEF-5）评分表问卷和检测总睾酮（TT）、雌二醇（E2）水平，对相关结果进行统计学相关性分析。结果126例正常勃起人群年龄20~78岁，平均年龄（46.6±10.2）岁；444例ED患者年龄20~79岁，平均年龄（52.6±13.8）岁；TT、IIEF-5评分水平在ED患者中随着年龄增长而下降，血清TT水平与IIEF-5评分水平有一定相关性（P<0.05）。正常勃起人群不同年龄组T/E2值与ED患者不同年龄组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），与IIEF-5评分有一定相关性（P<0.05）。结论雄激素/雌激素比例失衡的性激素代谢紊乱与ED的发病有一定关联。%Objective To investigate the correlation between serum estrogen/androgen ratio in adult male patients with erectile dysfunction. Methods From July 2010 to May 2016 Sanshui District,Foshan City,20 to 70 years old with permanent partner adult male were for the study. 126 cases of normal erection population,206 cases of mild erectile dysfunction(ED)and 238 cases erectile function in patients with severe ED patients were randomly recruited and surveyed by completing the questionnaires IIEF-5,and the research object of the total testosterone(TT),estradiol(E2) level were detected. The results were analyzed statistically. Results 126 cases of normal erectile population ranged from 20 to78 years old and the average age was(46.6±10.2)years. 444 cases of ED patients ranged from 20 to79 years old and the average was(52.6±13.8)years. TT and IIEF-5 score levels in ED patients decreased with age. The level of serum TT and IIEF-5 score were significantly correlated(P<0.05). The T/E2 value of the different age groups in the normal erection group was lower than that of the ED patients'(P<0.05). T/E2value was significantly correlated with IIEF-5 score(P<0.05). Conclusion The imbalance of estrogen/androgen ratio has a certain relationship with the pathogenesis of ED.
