中医辨证施护对出血性中风患者近期心理状况的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the possibility of improving the psychological status of patients with hemorrhagic stroke,the main purpose of this paper isand to explore the possibility of improving the psychological status of patients with hemorrhagic stroke. Methods From May 2015 to May 2016,80 patients with hemorrhagic stroke were divided into intervention group and control group according to the method of random number table. All the 40 patients were given routine nursing care. The intervention group used traditional Chinese medicine. The Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD) and the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA) were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression status before and after the intervention. Myin-Germeys mood questionnaire was used to evaluate the patients' mood. Results The scores of HAMD and HAMA in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Compared with before treatment,the scores of HAMD and HAMA in intervention group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the score of Myin-Germeys emotional questionnaire in the two groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion TCM nursing can significantly improve the mental health of recent hemorrhagic stroke patients,reduce patients reduce negative emotions and,improve quality of life,worthy of recommendation.%目的 探讨中医辨证施护对改善出血性中风患者近期心理状况的可行性.方法 2015年5月至2016年5月出血性中风患者80例,按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,各40例,对照组患者给予常规护理措施,干预组在对照组基础上应用中医辨证施护,应用汉密顿抑郁量表(Hamilton Depression Scale,HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评价两组干预前后焦虑和抑郁状况,采用Myin-Germeys情绪问卷调查患者干预前后负面情绪.结果 干预后干预组HAMD和HAMA评分明显低于对照组评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与治疗前比较,两组干预后HAMD和HAMA评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后Myin-Germeys情绪问卷评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与干预前比较,两组Myin-Germeys情绪问卷评分降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 中医辨证施护可显著改善出血性中风患者近期心理状况,降低患者负面情绪,提高生活质量,值得临床推广.
