目的 探讨哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗重症急性肾盂肾炎的临床疗效及安全性.方法 重症急性肾盂肾炎患者70例,随机分为2组,观察组应用哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗,对照组应用头孢曲松联合左氧氟沙星治疗,总疗程2周,比较两组临床疗效、细菌清除率、药物不良反应.结果 观察组和对照组痊愈率分别为69.44％和32.35％,总有效率分别为97.22％和76.47％,两组细菌清除率分别为87.50％和62.07％,差异均有统计学意义,不良反应发生率分别为2.78％和2.94％,差异无统计学意义.结论 哌拉西林他唑巴坦联合左氧氟沙星治疗重症急性肾盂肾炎安全有效.%Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of piperacillin tazobactam combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of severe acute pyelonephritis. Methods 70 cases of severe acute pyelonephritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, the experimental group received the treatment of piperacillin tazobactam combined with levofloxacin,the control group received the treatment of ceftriaxone combined with levofloxacin,the total course of treatment was 2 weeks,and then the clinical efficacy,bacterial clearance rate and drug response were compared in the two groups. Results The cure rate of the experimental group and the control group were 69.44％ and 32.35％,the total effective rate were 97.22％ and 76.47％. The bacterial clearance rates of the two groups were 87.50％ and 62.07％ respectively,the difference was statistically significant. The incidence of adverse reactions were 2.78％ and 2.94％,and there was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Piperacillin tazobactam combined with levofloxacin is effective and safe in the treatment of severe acute pyelonephritis.
