目的 探讨联合应用尿干化学分析仪(简称干化学)及尿沉渣显微镜检测(简称镜检)尿液成分的临床价值.方法 在尿液分析仪操作中,结合尿沉渣显微镜检查对200例无选择标本进行检测分析.结果 干化学尿液分析检测与尿沉渣镜检总体结果基本一致.结论 尿液干化学分析仪的应用为临床提供快速诊断的依据,但较多中间环节的影响和使用不当也将导致实验结果的误差,影响临床诊断.特别是尿液中红细胞、白细胞的检测上必须配合使用显微镜检查.联合应用干化学法和沉渣镜检法测定尿液成分可以保障检验结果的可靠性,减少误诊和漏诊.%Objective To explore the clinical value of the combined use of urine dry chemistry analyzer(hereinafter referred to as the dry chemical)and urinary sediment microscopy examination(hereinafter referred to as microscopy)in urine components.Method In the operation of urine analyzer and urine sediment microscopic examination in our hospital,200 cases of specimens were chosen to the analysis.Results Urine dry chemical analysis test and urinary sediment microscopy showed the same result.Conclusion Urine dry chemistry analyzer was used for providing the basis of the rapid diagnosis of clinical,but many of the intermediate links and the influence of the improper use will lead to the error of the result of the experiment,effects of clinical diagnosis. Especially in the urine red blood cells,white blood cells must be used to measure the microscopic examination. Joint application for determining urine dry chemistry method and microscopic examination of the sediment composition can guarantee the reliability of test results,reduce the misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,to better serve patients.
