This invention is in the field of toxicology and clinical diagnostics. More specifically, this invention provides a liquid chemistry test device for use in the detection of adulteration by the addition of bromine(s) to a specimen submitted for Drugs of Abuse (DAU) testing and clinical diagnostic purposes in aqueous fluids, including urine, saliva, serum, blood, sweat extracts, and liquid homogenates of hair.
