尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁37例分析

摘要

目的 探讨尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析37例患者的手术适应证、术中注意事项、术后临床效果及术后并发症.结果 术后36例患者尿失禁症状消失,1例仍有尿失禁,但症状明显改善,总有效率为100%.结论 尿道中段悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁临床疗效满意.%Objective To explore the clinical effect of middle urethra suspension for the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence. Methods 37 cases of patients with intraoperative indications,considerations,postoperative clinical effect and complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results 36 cases of patients with postoperative incontinence symptoms disappeared,1 case still had urinary incontinence,but obviously relieved symptoms,the total effective rate was 100%. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of middle urethra middle suspension in the treatment of female stress urinary incontinence is satisfied
