无领导小组讨论法在手术室低年资护士护理风险管理培训中的应用

         

摘要

目的:对手术室低年资护士进行有效的风险管理培训,提高护理队伍的整体素质。方法36名受训者随机分为6组,每组抽取1例不良事件进行讨论,并依次对设置的6个环节进行发言,由评委进行评判,培训1次/月。结果将无领导小组讨论应用于手术室低年资护士护理风险培训中,经培训后,护士的团队协作能力、沟通能力、护理风险评估能力、逻辑分析能力、患者安全管理能力提高较为明显(P<0.01),手术室低年资护士不良事件的发生次数显著下降。结论无领导小组讨论应用于手术室低年资护士护理风险管理培训,提高整体风险防御能力,提高医院的护理质量。%ObjectiveTo train nurses with low seniority to avoid nursing risks and elevate their professional quality.Method 36 low-seniority nurses were divided into 6 groups to manage the“Leaderless Group Discussion”(LGD)training procedure. Every group holds a discussion on a newly-happened harmful nursing event monthly,demanding each one in the group sharing his/her perspectives on the event and proposing available suggestion to improve nursing process.Result After the LGD training,the comprehensive quality of the participants,involving cooperating quality, communication quality,risk evaluating quality,logical analysis quality and safety management quality,was significantly elevated. Meanwhile the quantity of harmful nursing events was remarkably decreased.ConclusionThe LGD procedure is an outstanding training scheme to elevate comprehensive quality of low-seniority nurses and avoid harmful nursing events.
