结论 B超引导下通过颈内静脉行PICC置管,可有效解决双侧乳腺癌患者术后化疗静脉通路的问题,一次置管可以完成整个化疗疗程,又不影响患者双侧上肢的术后锻炼,值得临床推广.%Objective To establish correct and effective venous access for postoperative chemotherapy in patients with bilateral breast cancer. Methods 23 patients with bilateral breast cancer undergoing modified radical mastectomy from December 2015 to July 2017 were treated with peripherally inserted central venous catheter(PICC)via internal jugular vein under the guidance of B-mode ultrasound. Results Internal jugular vein for 23 cases of patients with PICC catheter tube by ultrasound guided all successfully completed 6~8 chemotherapy. Till the end of the treatment of extubation,no complications appeared. Conclusion PICC catheterization through internal jugular vein under B-ultrasound guidance can effectively solve the problem of venous access after chemotherapy in patients with bilateral breast cancer. One tube can complete the whole chemotherapy course, and does not affect the postoperative exercise of bilateral upper limbs, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
