研究了一种新的2-吡啶甲酸合成工艺,本工艺采用电解还原方法处理多氯吡啶甲酸固废,生产2-吡啶甲酸。比较合适工艺条件是:电解反应采用无隔膜型电解槽和粗糙银及镍合金电极,电解液pH值控制在13.0~13.5,反应温度控制在25℃~30℃;产品提取重结晶采用乙醇为溶剂,可得到2-吡啶甲酸的纯度在99%以上,总收率大于80%。%Aprocess for preparing 2-picolinic acid by using electrochemical reduction of halo-substitut-ed picolinic acid from waste was provided. Thesuitable reaction conditions are as follows: a diaphragmless electrolytic cell comprising roughened silver and nickel alloy electrode, pH 13.0~13.5, 25 ℃~30 ℃. The product 2-picolinic acid was purified by re-crystallization in ethanol. The purity was >99%, and the total yield was>80%.
