针对小湾水电站地下厂房混凝土施工中出现的问题以及对具有特殊性能要求的滑模混凝土和大跨度钢模台车衬砌混凝土,在原使用的基础上对混凝土配合比进行优化设计的过程。通过优化后的配合比不仅降低了混凝土拌和物的泌水率,而且还对滑模混凝土和大跨度钢模台车衬砌混凝土的配合比进行了定量分析,计算了各种条件下钢模台车的脱模时间和滑模混凝土的滑升速度,为快速施工提供了理论依据。%T he paper optimizes the design of the concrete mix based on the concrete mix used previously ac-cording to the problems arisen from the construction of the underground powerhouse concrete of Xiaowan hydropower project ,the special slip form concrete and the large span steel mould jumbo lining concrete . The optimized concrete mix has not only reduces the bleeding rate of concrete mixture also helps to make a quantitative analysis of the mix proportions of the slip form concrete and the large span steel mould jumbo concrete .T he paper calculated the knock -out time of the steel mould jumbo and the climbing speed of the slip form concrete under various conditions ,thus providing the theoretical basis for quick construction .
