开关柜局放测试设备测评方法

摘要

The quality of the partial discharge tester which use for swith cabinet is uneven in operation and maintenance specialization company, and the technical parameters of products are actually not so. According to this situation, this paper proposes the TEV technological parameters testing method﹑the non-contacting ultrasonic technological parameters testing method﹑the discharge simulation testing method,the real test of the partial discharge tester which come from thirteen different manufacturers show its effectiveness,the assessment and the preferred order also are provided.%针对目前运维单位使用的开关柜局放测试仪质量参差不齐，部分产品标称技术参数与实际技术参数不符的现状，结合运维单位在现场应用中发现问题，提出了暂态对地电压技术参数检测方法、非接触式超声波技术参数检测方法和模拟放电检测方法，通过在实验室对不同厂家的13套开关柜局放测试设备进行现场实测试验，验证了该方法的有效性，同时依据测试结果作出了评价，为运维单位提供了优选顺序。
