大青木中黄酮苷的分离与结构鉴定

摘要

分离、鉴定了大青木中化学成分。采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、Sephadex LH -20柱色谱法和反复重结晶等方法进行分离纯化，并通过理化方法及1 H -NMR、13 C -NMR、DEPT、HSQC、HMBC 等光谱分析确定化合物结构。从大青木中分离得1个化合物 I，鉴定为5-羟基-3，7，3′-三甲氧基-4′-β-D -吡喃葡萄糖基黄酮甙，为首次从该植物中分离得到。%Objective To isolate and identify the chemical constituents of Glerodendrum cyrotophyllum Turcz.Methods The compounds was isolated by chromatography on silica gel column,sephadex LH -20 col-umn and recrystallization method.Physical -chemical methods and 1 H -NMR,13 C -NMR,DEPT,HSQC, HMBC spectral analysis were used for the structural identification.Results Compound Ⅰwas isolated and i-dentified as 5 -hydroxy -3,7,3′-trimeoxy -4′-β-D -glucopyranoside,this compound was isolated from the genus for the first time.
