氟弹性体对 LLDPE/LDPE 薄膜生产的影响

摘要

在 LLDPE ／LDPE 共混树脂中，添加一定比例的以氟弹性体（PPA）为基础的添加剂。研究分析了 PPA 在 LLDPE ／LDPE 薄膜生产中的作用。结果发现，添加少量 PPA 后，产品产量略有提升，而挤出机电流略有下降，薄膜的光学性能也得到改善，产品平整度也提升，模口积料现象明显减少，且产品力学性能无显著变化。%By adding a certain percentage of fluorine elastomer (PPA)based additives in the LLDPE/LDPE resin blend,the role of PPA in the LLDPE /LDPE film production was analyzed.It was found that after adding a small amount of PPA,the yield was increased slightly,extruders current was decreased slightly, the optical properties of the film could be improved,product flatness could be enhanced,die plot material phenomenon was significantly reduced while the mechanical properties of the product did not change signifi-cantly.
