累积记分制作为一种有效的管理机制,除在交通安全管理得到应用外,也不断被推广到各行业中.中海油惠州石化有限公司(以下简称惠州石化)作为炼化行业首家,率先将累计记分制应用到企业HSE管理中,解决了现有HSE绩效管理中存在的突出问题,推动各生产部门和承包商积极提升HSE管理绩效,培育了企业内部自主管理的HSE文化.%As an effective management mechanism,except for the application of traffic safety management,the cμmulative score method is also widely used in various industries. CNOOC Huizhou Petrochemicals Company LIMITED (CHPCL)as the first in the industry,apply the cμmulative scoring method to the enterprise HSE management. Solving the problems existing in the performance management of HSE,promoting the production departments and contractors actively promote HSE management performance,cultivating the independent management culture of HSE.
