社会组织参与公共服务供给：优势、困境及路径

摘要

With the development of economy and society, our country citizens�demand for public services are diversified, rapid growth, social construction, especially the public service is facing tremendous pressure to accelerate development. Under this situation, the expansion of social organizations is important to participate in public service delivery. In the field of public service provision, social organization has a unique advantage to help make up for the lack of government and enterprises. However, due to defects in the aspects of law, sys-tem, understanding and policy, our social organizations to participate in public service supply is facing many difficulties. In the future, China should focus on strengthening the construction of the following aspects:impro-ving relevant laws and regulations;reforming registration management system;strengthening supervision of the construction of the evaluation system and expanding policy support.%在公共服务供给领域，社会组织具有独特优势，有助于弥补政府与企业的不足。然而，由于法律、制度、认识和政策层面的缺陷，我国社会组织参与公共服务供给面临诸多困境。今后，我国应该注重加强以下几方面的建设：完善相应法律法规；改革注册管理体制；加强评价监督体系建设；扩大政策扶持。
