西方培训评估模型的变革对我国干部教育培训评估的启示

摘要

The author raises some implications for the cadre educational evaluation methods which should be pay attention to in China at present, which base on the introduction and analyzing of the development and trend of different training evaluation methods from western countries and combine with the current China’s cadre education evaluation characteristics.%　　笔者基于西方培训评估模型的变革及发展变化的历程，结合我国干部教育培训评估工作现状，从多维角度提出了我国干部教育培训评估应抓住的特点。
