泵房吸水喇叭口不同导流阻涡设施效果分析

         

摘要

泵房导流阻涡设施具有改善水流流态、减少水头损失、提高水泵效率的效果。以 k -ε湍流模型封闭 Reynolds 方程,采用 VOF 法追踪自由表面及 SIMPLE 算法求解方程组,对南迪普火电厂循环水泵房进水流道的两种导流阻涡设施(楔形、蜗形)进行了三维数值模拟。结果表明,楔形阻涡设施吸水喇叭口局部阻力系数小,喇叭口四周流线分布均匀,吸水管内纵向流速略大于蜗形吸水管内纵向流速,而横截面上横向流速均小于蜗形吸水管内横向流速。%Diversion resistance vortex facilities of pump room can improve flow pattern,reduce head loss and improve pump efficiency. With FLU-ENT software,the resistance vortex facilities at inlet conduit of circulating water pump house in power plant was simulated by 3-D numerical mod-el,in which a k-ε turbulent model was used to close Reynolds equations and volume of fluid(VOF)method was used to track the free water sur-face. The results show that there are smaller resistance coefficients and the better streamlines at suction bellmouth in the wedged suction chamber, and bigger longitudinal velocities and smaller transverse velocities in the suction pipe in the wedged suction chamber than those in the volute shaped suction chamber.
