Researching on the reform of rock bolt crane girder in TBM underground assembling cavern, the paper obtained the initial design parameters of rock bolt crane girder⁃section size, anchor length, rock face dip etc., by comparative analysis of empirical formula method and constructed projects experience. But the calculation methods mentioned above were conservative, so this paper optimized the initial design parameters by finite element numerical analysis. It proves that the design of rock bolt crane girder is more reasonable and scientific. Optimized rock bolt crane girder can meet functional requirements of TBM underground assembling cavern.%以研究TBM临时性组装洞室岩壁吊车梁结构实现为目的,根据TBM地下组装洞室的结构特性,通过经验公式、企业标准公式和已建工程经验三种方法的对比分析,确定岩壁吊车梁截面尺寸、锚杆长度、岩壁倾角等初始设计参数,然后借助有限元数值分析对TBM地下组装洞室岩壁吊车梁初始参数进行优化。结果表明:岩壁吊车梁进一步优化的主要受力参数(受力锚杆长度、间距和直径)较解析解和所有同类工程的值更小,优化空间明显,且可以满足TBM地下组装洞室的功能要求。
