基于动态联盟的水利水电工程分包价格研究

摘要

In the dynamic alliance mode,it is the key of possesing stable sub-contractors and establishing a long-term cooperative partnership that to design rational subcontract price and to win-win with sub-contractors for general contractor. From the perspective of the general contractor,risk factors of water conservancy and hydroelectric project were identificated,by using Analytic Hierarchy Process,and risk factors of contractors were calculated. According to the principle of dynamic alliance of risk sharing and profit sharing and more pay for more work,the subcontract price was calculated initially according to the risks undertaken and the cost of inputs premise by subcontractors. Then, combining with the characteristics of general contracting and subcontracting,after considering the general contractor's management fee,a subcontract price calculated model was established. Finally,combining with a water conservancy and hydroelectric project,the expected return of each contractor was calculated.%在动态联盟模式下，总包商确定合理的分包价格，与分包商共赢，是拥有稳定的分包商队伍、建立长期联盟合作伙伴关系的关键。从施工总包商的视角，对水利水电工程施工总承包风险因素进行了识别，利用层次分析法计算出各承包商所承担的风险系数，按照动态联盟风险共担、利益共享、多劳多得的原则，根据各分包商所承担的风险和投入的成本，初步计算出分包价格；然后结合总分包的特点，考虑总包管理费后建立了分包价格计算模型；最后结合某水利水电工程计算得出了各承包商的预期收益分配额。
