The method involves constructing a unified user profile depending on two of three profiles namely a generic application profile (214), a user application profile (242), and a generic user profile (248). The unified profile is transmitted to a computer application. The information is accessed by a user based on the unified profile. The access to the information is personalized based on the two of three profiles. The generic application profile represents application operation rules and its utilization passed by users. The user application profile represents behavior of the user for implementing an application. The generic user profile represents access to information already carried out by the user.
