黄河刁口河流路恢复运用目标与时机

摘要

Based on meeting the needs of flood control safety, alternative channel protection, maintaining healthy estuarine ecological environment and regional economic construction and development, it drafted a general goal and short, medium and long⁃term goals of recovery of Diaokou River channel. Following the evolution law of the Yellow River estuary, combining with the actual situation, it put forward that the Diaokou River restoration in different periods should divide water and sediment according to the river runoff and sediment. In short and medium terms, we could take the modes of water and sediment regulation and flood discharging channel;for the long term we could consider the alternative use of Qingshuigou and Diaokou River channels.%基于满足黄河下游及河口地区防洪安全、备用流路保护、河口生态环境良性维持、区域经济建设发展等需求，拟定刁口河流路恢复运用总目标及近期、中期和远期目标。遵循黄河河口演变规律，结合实际情况，提出刁口河恢复运用的不同时期应根据大河来水来沙情况相机分水分沙，近期、中期可采取水沙调控及泄洪通道方式，远期可考虑采用清水沟、刁口河流路轮换行河方式。
