根据三峡工程帷幕灌浆对水泥细度检测的要求,研究了一种新型粒度仪(激光粒度仪)的测试原理,并将其与光透沉降法进行对比分析。激光粒度仪自动化程度高,操作简单。仪器性能参数、颗粒浓度、背景参数等均可自动监测。理论分析和实测结果表明,用激光粒度仪测试的结果与分散介质的密度、粘度等参数无关,受外界影响的因素少,复演性好,测试速度快,结果准确,是测试超细水泥细度的理想方法。%Based on requirements for cement fineness measurement in curtain grouting of the Three Gorges Project,a theory on measuring cement fineness using a laser particle sizer is studied,and compared with that using an optical sedimentation granulometer.The laser particle sizer is highly automated,so its operation is very simple.Performance parameters of the instrument,particle concentration and background parameters,etc.,can be automatically monitored,Results of theoretical analysis and practical measurement show that test results obtained by using a laser particle sizer are independent of the density,viscosity,etc.,of discrete media,and less affected by environmental factors.This test method has advantages of good repeatability,quick measurement and accurate result,so it is an ideal method to measure superfine cement fineness.
