The flood control during flood season for Zhentouba I Hydropower Station is characterized as large flood discharge and long flood season. In order to ensure the construction safety of the project during flood season, Zhentouba Branch of Guodian Dadu River Hydropower Development Co. , Ltd. founded a leading group of flood control, established information network of wa-ter and rainfall regime according to hydrological and meteorological conditions at the dam site, and made 4-grade pre-arranged planning for flood control and emergency aiming to the construction schedule and flood control requirement of the hydro-struc-tures. In the practical construction, the company strengthened the implement and management of flood control scheme and en-sured the safety of the project in flood season construction.%枕头坝一级水电站施工度汛具有流量大、汛期长等特点。为保证电站施工度汛安全，国电大渡河枕头坝水电建设有限公司成立了防汛度汛领导小组，根据电站坝址区水文气象条件，建立了水雨情信息网，并针对施工进度安排和枢纽建筑的度汛要求，制定了4级防汛抢险预案。在实际施工过程中，公司积极加强了防汛方案的落实管理，保证了工程建设的度汛安全。
