三峡水库淹没了大量的城镇，迁建城镇是三峡库区城镇化的重要载体，通过大规模的移民搬迁，三峡库区城镇化水平实现了跨越式发展。通过对相关资料的梳理和实地调研，对三峡库区的城镇化发展状况进行了客观描述和评价，针对三峡库区在城镇化进程中存在的人地矛盾突出、城镇发展分化严重、基础设施与公共服务设施不配套、不完善等问题进行了分析，并提出了相关的对策建议。%A lot of cities and towns were submerged during the impoundment of Three Gorges Reservoir, so the relocation of these cities and towns are important means for urbanization of Three Gorges Reservoir area. The leapfrog development of the ur-banization level in the Three Gorges Reservoir area has realized through the rebuilding of the cities and towns. The urbanization development in Three Gorges Reservoir area is described and evaluated objectively through sorting out the related materials and field investigation. Some suggestions and countermeasures are put forward aiming at the problems in urbanization of the reservoir area such as contradiction between people and land, differentiation of urbanization development, incompatibility and imperfection of infrastructure and public service facilities.
