互联网背景下移民后期扶持监测评估创新探讨

摘要

Traditional monitoring and evaluating methods of large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement post support have drawbacks like numerous, widespread and discontinuous data, single analysis means. Under the national strategic background of"internet plus", we improve and innovate the traditional monitoring and evaluating methods by using internet thinking and tech-nology, and establish a new"internet plus monitoring and evaluating" working mode. The mode performs traditional field investi-gation tasks through management software of PC and APPs of smart phone and organically combine on-site monitoring and evalu-ation with backstage management and plays an important role in saving cost, improving work efficiency and enhancing work quali-ty. The mode can be gradually popularized and applied in future monitoring and evaluating work.%传统大中型水库移民后期扶持监测评估工作方式存在数据多、分布广、连续性差、分析手段单一等问题。在“互联网+”国家战略的背景下,运用互联网技术思想对传统监测评估工作方式进行改进和创新,构建“互联网+监测评估”的创新工作模式。该模式主要通过PC端管理软件和手机端APP,将传统现场调查工作通过手机APP实现,实现现场监测评估与后台管理工作的有机统一,其对节约工作成本、提高工作效率、提升成果质量等具有重要作用。可在未来监测评估工作实践中逐步推广运用。
