20例肿瘤患者应用全自动化疗泵持续静脉输注5-FU（5-氟尿嘧啶）化疗的护理体会

摘要

To study the treatment experience of automatic pump continuous infusion of 5-FU chemotherapy of cancer care. Methods the malignant tumor patients in our hospital in 2012 December ~2013 year in December 20 cases of full automation of inpatient department treatment pump infusion chemotherapy of 5-FU as the research object, the experience of clinical nursing were retrospectively analyzed and summarized. Results the 5-FU of all the 20 patients finished on time infusion, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 60% , patient satisfaction with nursing care was 95%;nursing satisfaction before chemotherapy and byχ2=4.2208 (p=0.0399), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion nursing intervention on patients, significantly reduced the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, is worthy of promotion in clinical use.%研究采用全自动化疗泵持续静脉输注5-FU化疗的肿瘤患者的护理体会。方法选取我院2012年12月~2013年12月住院部20例行全自动化疗泵持续静脉输注5-FU化疗的恶性肿瘤患者为研究对象，对其临床护理的体会进行回顾性分析总结。结果20例患者的5-FU均准时输注完成，不良反应发生率为60.0%，患者对护理的满意度为95.0%；护理满意度与化疗前相比χ2=4.2208（p=0.0399），差异具有统计学意义。结论对患者进行护理干预后，显著降低了患者不良反应的发生，提高患者的护理满意度，值得在临床上推广使用。
