This report provides an overview of the basic properties of Chinese scientific and technological soci- eties, their three different stages of development with a distinctive feature since the reform and opening up. The research group through data analysis, questionnaire survey, held seminars and in-depth interviews with typical technological society, conducted a thorough investigation to the state of development, the management mode, opportunities and challenges of Jiangsu provincial science and technology societies, Shenzhen, Wuxi, Taizhou municipal scientific and technological societies, and made an overall assessment of relevant reference, cited the development data of academic exchanges and the journal publishing of national scientific and technological soci- eties, revealed the bright spots of innovation and development in recent years, presented several types of devel- opment of Chinese scientific and technological societies, analyzed governance structure which is commonly used by scientific and technological societies. Faced by some problems in the innovation and development of Chinese scientific and technological societies, such as the mechanism, the external environment impact and the difficulties encountered in capacity building, we offered some policy suggestions to the government, the public and the technology societies.%本报告概述了我国科技社团的基本属性以及自改革开放以来，科技社团带有鲜明特色的三个不同发展阶段。调研组通过资料分析、问卷调查、召开座谈会和对典型的科技社团进行深度访谈的方式，对江苏省级科技社团、深圳、无锡、泰州市级科技社团的发展状况、管理模式、面临的机遇与挑战进行了摸底调查，并对相关资料做了整体评估，引用了全国科技社团在学术交流、期刊出版等方面的发展数据，揭示了近年来我国科技社团创新发展的亮点，提出了我国科技社团的几种发展类型，分析了我国科技社团普遍采用的治理结构。面对我国科技类社团创新发展中存在的一些问题，如机制问题、外部环境影响及能力建设遇到的困难，给政府、公众、科技社团提出了政策建议。
