乳果糖替代饲用抗生素对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响

         

摘要

[目的]研究基础日粮中添加乳果糖替代饲用抗生素对黄羽肉鸡生产性能和屠宰性能的影响.[方法]将180只1日龄的黄羽肉鸡随机分为5个处理组(每个处理组3个重复,每个重复12只).阳性对照组在基础日粮中添加饲用抗生素(0.3 g/kg的那西肽+0.25 g/kg的硫酸粘杆菌素预混剂);阴性对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组在基础日粮中分别添加5、10、15 g/kg的乳果糖.[结果]81 d时各组平均体重分别为2.72、2.66、2.75、2.41、2.76 kg,差异不显著(P>0.05).8~81 d料重比分别为2.67、2.66、2.59、2.76、2.65,差异不显著(P>0.05),日粮中分别添加5、10、15 g/kg的乳果糖替代饲用抗生素,黄羽肉鸡81 d体重、饲料转化率、胴体品质等指标上各组间无显著差异(P>0.05).[结论]从黄羽肉鸡81 d体重、料重比、死亡率等指标综合来看,用添加5 g/kg乳果糖替代黄羽肉鸡饲用抗生素是可行的.%[ Objective] An experiment was conducted to study the effects of lactulose replacing antibiotics in diet on production and slaughter performance of the yellow chicken. [Method]One hundred -and -eighty - one - day - old yellow chicken were randomized into two control groups and three trial groups with 3 replicates per group and 12 chickens per replicate. The positive control group was fed with diet supplemented with antibiotics (0.3 g/kg Nosiheptide+0.25 g/kg Colistin sulfate premix). Negative control group was fed with basal diet. Birds in the trial group Ⅰ Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were fed with diet supplemented with 5,10, 15 g/kg lactulose, respectively. [Result] The average weight (kg) of 81 -day -old chicken in each group were 2.72,2.66,2.75,2.42 and 2.76, and there was no significant difference(P>0.05) among the groups. The feed conversion ratio of the whole period was not significantly different with 2. 67, 2. 66, 2. 59, 2. 76 and 2.65, respectively (P>0. 05). The results showed that there were no significant differences (P>0. 05) among the birds fed with diets supplementation with lactulose of 5, 10, 15 g/kg substituting feed antibiotic additive compared with birds in control groups in terms of the body weight, feed conversion, other indicators of carcass quality of the 81 d chicken. [ Conclusion]Evaluation of 81 d finish body weight, feed intake to body weight ratio and death rate of the chicken, showed that replacing antibiotic feed additive with 5 g/kg lactulose is suitable in the diet of yellow chicken.
