[目的]探讨梨石细胞含量与PAL活性和果实硬度的相关性.[方法]以8个梨品种和3个品系为试验材料,测定不同品种(品系)石细胞含量、果实硬度和PAL的活性,并分析石细胞含量与果实硬度和PAL活性之间的相关性.[结果]梨不同品种(品系)果实硬度在5.91~10.63 kg/cm2,石细胞含量在0.14~0.67g/100g.PAL活性为1.44 ~9.43.[结论]石细胞含量与PAL活性呈极显著正相关,相关系数为0.819.石细胞含量与果肉硬度之间存在正相关,相关系数为0.413.%[ Objective ] The research aimed to investigate the correlation among the stone cell content, PAL activity and the fruit hardness. [Method] With eight pear cultivars and three strains as test materials, the flesh of fruit hardness, the content of stone cell and the activity of PAL in different cultivars( strains) were measured. At the same time, the correlation among the content of stone cell, the flesh of fruit hardness and the activity of PAL was investigated. [ Result] The fruit hardness of different pear cultivars(strains) ranged from 5.91 kg/cm2 to 10.63 kg/cm2. The content of stone cell ranged from 0. 14 g/100 g to 0.67 g/100 g. [ Conclusion ] The fruit hardness and the content of stone cell showed a significant positive correlation and the correlation coefficient was 0.819. The stone cell content is positively associated with the flesh of fruit hardness and the correlation coefficient was 0.413 .
