拥挤度对马铃薯甲虫飞行能力的影响

     

摘要

[ Objective]The flight capacity of the Colorado Potato Beetles in fifferent densities was surveyed, in order to study the relations between the environment and the migratory capacity of Colorado Potato Beedes, the flight law of the Colorado Potato Beetles was explored to provide evidence for preventing CPB from dispersal. [ Method] Systematic study was conducted about the CPB ’ s flight capacity under the different density of the adult, by using the computer - monitored flight - mill. [ Result]Under the fully feeding coudition , the flight capacity of the overwintered adult ot CPB was enhanced significantly with the adult of CPB ’ s density increase . The flight capacity of the first and second generations CPB are stronger under the denity of 30 head,20 head every Cultivation Vessel with 120 mm.ln all experiments the quantitative feeding overwintered CPB ’ s flight capacity was the strongest at the denity of 20 head every Cultivation Vessel with 120 mm . [ Conclusion] Under the same condition, the flight capacity of ovenvintered adults > the first generation > the second generation; With increase of the denity, the nutritional stress level gradually increased .The flight capacity of the quantitative feeding overwintered CPB was gradually declined; Under certain conditions, with the increase of population density. the moderate nutrition deficiency caused by the population density brought significant stimulating effects on flight capacity of overwintering CPB adults. After overwintering for quantitative feeding, there was a parabola relation between the flight distance, flight time, flight speed and the density of adult of CPB .%[目的I研究马铃薯甲虫飞行能力与环境的关系,探索马铃薯甲虫的迁飞规律,为控制该甲虫的扩散提供依据.[方法]通过昆虫飞行磨系统测定不同密度下马铃薯甲虫的飞行能力.[结果]充分取食条件下,越冬后马铃薯甲虫飞行能力随着密度的增加而增大,第一、第二代马铃薯甲虫成虫在密度每皿分别为30,20头时飞行能力较强;越冬后定量取食的马铃薯甲虫在密度为20头/皿时飞行能力最强.[结论]在相同条件下,越冬后马铃薯甲虫成虫的飞行能力>第一代>第二代;越冬后定量取食的马铃薯甲虫随着拥挤度的增长,营养胁迫水平逐步增加,其飞行能力受到制约而呈现逐步下降的趋势;在一定条件下,随着虫口密度的增加,拥挤造成的适度营养缺乏,对于越冬代成虫飞行具有明显的刺激作用;充分取食越冬后成虫飞行距离、时间和速度与拥挤度间呈抛物线关系.
